Pop singer Hamasaki Ayumi will release a new live DVD and mini-album in August.
First of all, she will release the live DVD ayumi hamasaki Countdown Live 2010-2011 A -do it again- on August 24th. The featured show took place at Yoyogi National Gymnasium on December 31st 2010 and focuses on songs from Ayumi's latest album, Love Songs. It also includes the song Dream On, a collaboration with Naoya Urata from pop group AAA. The release is also set to include a making-of movie, though this is subject to change. The concert will be available as a two-disc DVD or a single-disc Blu-ray.
One week later, on August 31st, Ayumi will release a new mini-album, titled Five. It will come with five tracks, including the songs Why. . . featuring JUNO, beloved, which was created by Yasuhiko Hoshino, progress, which has been used as the theme song of the PlayStation 3 game "Tales of Xillia," and ANother song, which also features AAA's Naoya Urata.
Five will be released in three different editions. The regular edition will be CD-only and will come with the bonus track beloved (Orchestra version). The limited edition will also be CD-only, but will come with a "Tales of Xillia" changeable jacket and a code to access a special site. The CD+DVD edition will come with a DVD featuring music videos and their making-of footage
