CDJapan had posted the cover art for SCANDAL's 14th major single, “Pin Heel Surfer.” The latest single by Japan's most powerful girl band is written and produced by TRICERATOPS' Sho Wada.
The single will have three tracks including the B-Side track “Osaka” and the instrumental version of the title track. Furthermore, the group will be releasing their 4th original album “Queens are trumps -Kirifuda wa Queen-” this September 26th.
