L’Arc~en~Ciel kicks off their twentieth Anniversary tour at Saitama Super Arena
Rock band L’Arc~en~Ciel started their nationwide tour, “20th L’Anniversary TOUR“, at the Saitama Super Arena on September tenth and eleventh.
